Google CEO Sundar Pichai reported that his organization will put about $10 billion into creating advanced foundation and for financing development in India throughout the following five to seven years, he said on Monday, soon after holding a web based gathering with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

"Today at #GoogleForIndia declared announced $10B digitization store to quicken India's computerized economy. We're glad to help PM @narendramodi's vision for Digital India – much obliged to Minister @rsprasad and Minister @DrRPNishank for going along with us," Mr Pichai, the 48-year-old Indian-American Google CEO, wrote in a tweet.

“This mission is deeply personal to me,” Pichai said. “When I was young, every new piece of technology brought new opportunities to learn and grow. But I always had to wait for it to arrive from someplace else. Today, people in India no longer have to wait for technology.”

Pichai added that the fund will invest through a combination of investments in equities, alliances, and investments in operations, infrastructure and ecosystems. That represents our faith in India ‘s future and its digital economy.
